Booking Conditions
1. Quoted prices are in GBP and are applicable when payable by bank transfer only. Customers who wish to pay by credit card may book through Airbnb, Owners Direct or Tripadvisor. Cheques are not accepted.
2. Bookings taken through external agencies such as Airbnb, Owners Direct or Tripadvisor incur (rather substantial) extra fees. Therefore the prices shown on those sites are greater than those displayed here.
3. Bookings taken on this site may be secured with a 30% deposit. The balance is due one month before the holiday commences.
4. A security deposit of £300 is payable (by bank transfer), due one week before the holiday commences. Normally this will be refunded by one week after the end of the holiday.
5. A cleaning charge of £60 is added to all bookings. This covers bedding, towels and up to 4 hours cleaning only. Where additional cleaning is required, a deduction of £15/hour will be made from the security deposit. This is only necessary in extreme cases.
In high season, bookings are on a Saturday to Saturday basis only, but I try to be flexible where possible. Please do ask.
